The day continued, as we went over to Tortilla Flats in Mission Viejo, CA. The restaurant is set on a peaceful private lake, with a beautiful reception area.
Tortilla Flats had a buffet style dinner with great food and drinks.
We were able to grab a few couples shots with the nice Mission Viejo architecture as the background
The Plaza Del Lago in Mission Viejo, CA had some beautiful Spanish-style architecture that we had to capture.
Smiles and laughter were plentiful among the guests in the reception area of the wedding in Tortilla Flats

The Mission Viejo Sky was beautiful that evening overlooking the peaceful lake.

San Francisco Bay Area Engagement Photography – Rock’n Robs Ice Cream Parlor – Pacifica, CA – Jai and Kiran

Hey Everyone:
During our road trip up to the San Francisco Bay Area, we were able to do a couple of engagement shoots, a few client meetings, and a military wedding. Talk about a busy and productive weekend. This wonderful couple, Jai and Kiran gave us the opportunity to shoot a new location, the beautiful Pacifica State Beach, in Pacifica, CA. Our first stop was Rock’n Robs (Rock and Robs) Ice Cream Parlor. Congrats on the engagement! We hope you enjoy the images.
Fighting reflections the whole time, we managed to utilize the unique, cafe-type feel of the Ice Cream Parlor in Pacifica, CA

San Francisco Bay Area Engagement Photography – Pacifica State Beach (Surrounding Area) – Jai and Kiran

After the Rock’n Robs Ice Cream engagement session, we moved to a forested area around Pacifica State Beach in the San Francisco Bay Area. Here, we found beautiful trees, landscapes, and fields.
It wouldn’t be a Lin and Jirsa Wedding Photography engagement session in a field if we didn’t have our couple get down and into the brush. The Pacifica State Beach field was perfect, with soft, golden blades.
The beautiful golden blades made a perfect foreground for our shots at the Pacifica State Beach.
These two symmetrical trees overlooking the Pacific Ocean were just screaming to be photographed

San Francisco Bay Area Engagement Photography – Pacifica State Beach – Jai and Kiran

After hanging out in a few miles away from the Pacifica State Beach, we moved down to Pacific Beach for come nice beach and night shots. Having previously only visited Ocean Beach in the San Francisco Bay Area, we were amazed by the beauty of the Pacifica State Beach.
The sun set quickly on us, so we decided to play with the lighting and shadows.
Playing with the lighting, we decided to create shadows, subtly illumination the Pacifica State Beach sand and water.
