Here’s the setup: a gracious couple, a gorgeous cliff side venue, an organized and experienced wedding coordinator, and a second shooter that we’ve work with on over 20 events. It’s really the perfect setup for the perfect day.
A big big shout out to Gianna of GP Events. She did a great job with the details and design, and her and her team were amazingly professional and great to work with. One of her assistants was even nice enough to hold a light for a shot =) Talk about above and beyond!
The beautiful Jewish wedding ceremony up on the cliff side overlooking the ocean was set to live music throughout the event. The music was definitely one of the highlights for me, as I love live music and the band delivered on setting the mood for every scene. It’s one of the many perks of being a wedding photographer… free concerts!
We were a little short on time throughout the night for couples session shots. So, at night we planned a few scenes, and stole the bride/groom away for a minute or two each time to shoot them. Just before the grand exit, the couple snuck back on the dance floor after everyone had left. The band was playing one last song just for them, and it was a very emotional, poignant last dance.
