Capri Laguna Wedding Photography | Claire and Nate

Claire and Nate were married at the beautiful Capri Laguna in Laguna Beach, CA. The outdoor wedding took place on the patio of Capri Laguna, overlooking the gorgeous beach below.

When I arrived, Claire and her girls were getting ready to some music on one end of the hotel, while Nate and his boys were hanging back and watching football on the other end. While going back and forth from one room to the other, I realized that I was probably the only one throughout the day to see the whole story. I saw Claire getting nervous as the moment was approaching. I saw the mother of the bride become emotional as she looked at her beautiful daughter in her wedding dress. I saw Nate’s usual smiling and joking demeanor in the morning turn emotional as his bride walked down the aisle. I felt privileged to be a part of all of these moments and document to the best of my abilities the story of their wedding day.

Day After Wedding Photography Orange County | Richard and Grace

Since our couples session got cut a little short during the wedding day, we decided to take Richard and Grace out after their wedding for a fun shoot around Laguna Beach. With the wedding day pressures off, it was a great time to hang out in a relaxed and beautiful environment. Day after wedding photography shoots are always so much fun! Enjoy!

Capri Laguna Inn Wedding Ceremony | Nicole and Jonny

(This is a continuation of the previous post) Capri Laguna Inn is a great place for an Orange County Wedding because it has that destination wedding feel right in Southern California. Capri Laguna Inn Wedding Reception | Nicole and Jonny

The wedding reception also took place at the Capri Laguna Inn. Under the calm and warm Laguna Beach sky, Jonny and Nicole celebrated their marriage with their closest family and friends. The highlights of the night include a great slideshow, cigar time, a great live band, and some crazy dancing. Here are some of our favorites of the wedding reception photography.

Laguna Beach Wedding Venue Photography – A Bart Prince Design

August 19th, 2009

Hey guys,

For those of you that may not know, while we focus on weddings we also do commercial, venue and architectural work when it comes our way. A little more than a week ago, our good friend Adina, of Fleur de Lis Events hired us to shoot the venue shots for a wedding in Laguna Beach which she coordinated. Adina’s driving instructions ended with “it’s the house that looks like a big whale.” While I thought, how could that be, when I arrived I found her description to be quite accurate!

Saying that the architecture of the house was amazing and unique would be an clear understatement. I asked Adina about the design so she introduced me to the owner, a kind gentlemen named Bart Prince who told me that his friend and mentor was Frank Lloyd Wright! Anyway, Adina did an awesome job with the design and coordination of the event and the house itself was amazing. Here are a few pictures of our shoot for you guys to enjoy.

I started in the backyard where the wedding ceremony site was. I don’t know about you guys, but that backyard view of Laguna Beach sure beats the one of our pool in our place.
