Santa Monica Engagement Session Photography | Cyrene and Sean

Cyrene and Sean are a perfect couple for a lifestyle engagement shoot. Not only are they naturally fun, but they’re also daring and very okay with the P.D.A, which came in handy as we paraded around Santa Monica, trying on hats and sunglasses, and goofing around on the benches.

The holidays are a great time for engagement sessions in Santa Monica. Not only do you get to wear your trendy overcoats and warm holiday gear, you get to utilize all of the awesome Christmas lighting. We hope you enjoy and we can’t wait to hang again on your big day!

Santa Monica LDS Temple Marriage | Jessica and Clint

September 3rd, 2010

Jessica and Clint were married at the Santa Monica LDS Temple on a gorgeous Southern California Saturday. While waiting outside, the family and friends mingled, laughed and anticipated the big moment when Clint and Jessica would exit the temple as a married couple. The big moment arrived, as they opened the doors of the temple to the applause, cheers, hugs, and high-fives of their loved ones. Congrats you two! It was truly a great moment. We followed this with some formals around the temple before heading down to the Redondo Beach Historic Library for their reception (detailed in the next post). Casa Del Mar Wedding Ceremony in Santa Monica | Brian and Grace

July 20th, 2010

Brian and Grace were married at the Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica. Their gracious family and friends came from all over to celebrate their union in the gorgeous venue. From preparation to the end of the reception, Grace and Brian’s day was full of laughter and smiles mixed in with a few tears here and there; and of course, there was the palpable, unmistakable love shown between Brian and Grace. We had an amazing time shooting this wedding; and we appreciate Brian and Grace for allowing us to be a part of it. Special thanks to Laura Im for her help with the photography of this event. Also, the coordinator, Terri Castillo of Bellisimo Events did an amazing job as well. We hope you all enjoy the images!

The ceremony site at Casa Del Mar was backlit, creating a dramatic effect for the photography. As with the entire day, the ceremony was full of poignant moments, as Brian and Grace said their “I do’s.” Here are just a few of the great moments we captured during their wedding ceremony.

Santa Monica State Park Wedding Photography | Sasha and Thomas

Sasha and Thomas were married a few weeks ago; and we had the honor of being the photographers for their special day. The quaint wedding was set outdoors at the Santa Monica State Park, a wonderful place for a wedding on a beautiful spring day. I had the hardest time choosing the images to put on the blog, as there were so great moments to capture and so many cute details to photograph.
