A Look Inside Our Post Production | Visual Flow Lightroom Presets

After 10+ years of photographing weddings, we’ve refined our distinct style of shooting and post production.  Our images are known for being vibrant and impactful, yet true-to-life and natural.  It’s a balance that’s not easy to achieve.  If you simply turn up the saturation and contrast, the skin tones can turn orange and muddy quickly.  If you simply bump up the “blues,” for those vibrant skies, you quickly arrive at an artificial, overtly processed look.  Over time, we’ve refined and tweaked our look to arrive at our final, consistent look, feel and style.

This year, we applied for an official patent for our process of development that we coined “Lighting Condition Based Development.”  In short, we took thousands of images, separated them into our unique categorization based on Lighting condition,  and painstakingly perfected each image.  We then used a proprietary algorithm to calculate the ideal settings for each lighting condition and used those settings to create the Visual Flow Lightroom Presets.  This starting place guarantees consistency in the images that we deliver to our clients.

Below are a few examples.  We hope this gives you a better understanding of the detail that goes into each of our images.
